• Summer of 2001 I went caving in china with the Hong Meigui Caving Club in association with the China Caves Project. There's all sorts of stories and photos on Erin's excellent website.
  
• John Ganter has written some very well thought-out articles on various aspects of caving - risk assessment, ethics, techniques, etc.

• Francis Tang (aka Frankie-Boy) - I spent a year living with this dude in a flea-infested hovel in Marston. He's in Singapore now. Knows a lot about photography
• Lynn Mulelly - An Oxford friend with whom I often used to go caving and climbing when I lived in England
